Political Correctness

If any player is offended by a permanent
take a vote. For each appropriate vote put
a Phobic-counter on that permanent. For
each inappropriate remove a Phobic-counter
from that permanent. If a permanent has a
Phobic-counter on it after the vote it phases
out for the rest of the game.
"It should get the Ban-Hammer! No it doesn't!"
