Polka, Wandering Circus Act

While you're searching your library, you may
cast Polka from your library.
When Polka enters the battlefield you get a visit counter. Then Polka deals X damage to any
target, where X is the number of visit counters
you have.
If Polka would leave the battlefield shuffle it into
its owner's library instead.
