When Pontius Pilate, Deciding Fate enters
the battlefield, moving in a clockwise
motion, each player other than you votes
condemn or release. For each release vote
you may add a vigilance counter to one
creature you control. For each condemn
vote, you may destroy target creature
not controlled by that player.
