Poo-mergency

The Poo-mergency card can only
be played once the Hunter has fully
geared up and is in hunting position.
Once used all other Hunters in the game
may use the Tease Incessantly card.
If the card is not combined with Make
Haste then the result is a new pair of
waders at a high cost.
