When Pool of Binding enters the battlefield, draw two cards, discard two cards, then create a 1/1 Blue Spirit creature token with Flying.
At the beginning of your upkeep, create a 1/1 Blue Spirit creature token with flying. Then, for each Spirit you control, put the top card of your library into your graveyard.
Even lost souls are a dwindling resource.
