When Portal of Days enters the battlefield Exile target creature you control.
{w}{w}{w}{t}: Sacrifice Portal of Days, you gain life equal to the number of creatures you control, return target creature exiled with Portal of Days to the battlefield with two +1/+1 counters on it.
