Portal Pickpocket enters the battlefield with {x} +1/+1 counters on it.
As long as an opponent controls more creatures than you, Portal Pickpocket can't be blocked.
Whenever Portal Pickpocket attacks and isn't blocked, you may draw a card then discard a card. When you do you may gain control of target nonland permanent with converted mana cost less than the discarded cards converted mana cost.
