Possess the Mind

Target opponent reveals his or her hand. Choose an instant or sorcery card with converted mana cost 4 or less from it. You may cast a copy of the chosen spell without paying its mana cost and as though it were an instant. Then, the owner of the chosen instant or sorcery card discards a card at random.
