Potion of Electric Spitballs
Effect: As a bonus action for 1 minute, you can
spit an electric spitball at a target within 20'.
Make a ranged attack for 1d4+1 lightning damage.
The effect jumps to any enemies within 5', taking
1d4+1 lightning damage and repeating the jump
to targets that haven't been effected yet. They
can make a DC 13 reflex save to avoid the damage
and break the circuit.
