Potion of Hill Giant Strength

A Potion of Hill Giant Strength sets the Strength of the drinker to 19. However, if the imbiber's Strength is higher than 19, it will instead lower it. This potion and all stronger Strength-boosting potions can only be used by warrior classes (fighters, paladins, etc.). The effect lasts for 10 turns.
