Potsdam Conference

Each player chooses up to three target nonland
permanents they control, then
sacrifices the rest.
For each player who has less than seven cards
in hand, they draw cards equal to the
difference, then for each player who has more
than seven cards in hand, they discard cards
equal to the difference.
