When you cast Power Stone Choose one.
•Destroy all permanents with converted mana cost {x} or less
•Distribute {x}civilization counters onto any non
basic land permanents
Civilization- if a permanent with a civilization
counter is destroyed exile it instead, choose
another permanent with a civilization counter on
it and exile it as well
