Once per turn, you may cast an instant or sorcery
card from your graveyard with mana value 3 or less.

{7}: If you both own and control Praetor Rykard
and God-Devouring Serpent, exile them, then meld
them into Rykard, Lord of Blasphemy. Activate
only as a sorcery.
