When Praetor Rykard enters the battlefield,
sacrifice a creature. Put +1/+1 counters on Rykard
equal to the sacrificed creature’s toughness.

Whenever you sacrifice a creature, the next spell
you cast gains Occult.

At the beginning of your end step, if you lost 5 or
more life this turn, sacrifice Praetor Rykard. Return
it to the battlefield transformed at the beginning of your next upkeep.
