Pray for Tranquility

As Pray for Tranquility enters the battlefield, put
a Rabid counter on it. During each of your
upkeeps, put an additional counter on it.
During each opponent's upkeep, that player
chooses and fights target creature they control
with a target creature you don't control for
each counter on Pray for Tranquility. That
player may pay {5}; if they do, instead, each
other player creates a 2/2 green beast token.
