Preemptive Measures

If a card in your hand doesn't have morph, it gains morph. The morph cost is equal to the spell's mana cost minus {2}. The converted mana cost can't be less than {1}.
If an instant or sorcery would be turned face up, put it onto the stack instead.
When Preemptive Measures leaves the battlefield, return each face down card you control to your hand.
