Presence

Whenever Presence deals combat damage to a player, you may cast a card from that player's
hand without paying for its mana cost and put X +1/+1 counter on Presence, where X is the total converted mana cost of the card casted this way.
Each spell an opponent cast cost X more to cast, where X is the number of +1/+1 counters on Presence.
