When Present Presents enters the battlefield, celebrate X, where X is the amount of mana spent to cast Present Presents. (Target opponent creates X colorless Present artifact tokens. They have "Sacrifice this token: Draw a random card from an opponent's library. That player then shuffles their library.".)
Whenever an opponent draws a card from your library, you gain 1 life for each card drawn this way.
