Presidential Elections

Presidential Elections enters the battlefield with
one vote counter on it.
At the beginning of your upkeep, put a vote
counter on Presidential Elections. Then if there
are four or more vote counters on Presidential
Elections, remove all vote counters from it,
search your library for a President creature card,
put it onto the battlefield, and shuffle
your library.
