Will of the council - Starting with you, each player
votes for a permanent type. Each player sacrifices
a permanent of each Type with the most votes or
tied for most votes if posible. (Artifact, battle, creature, enchantment, land, planeswalker, and
Tribal are permanent types.)
If two or more permanents where sacrificed this
way, create two Treasure tokens.
