Primal Banishment
Exile target player and all permenants he/she
controls from the game. (This does not cause that
player to lose the game.)
Fading 3 (At the beginning of each players upkeep,
remove a fading counter from Primal Banishment.
When there are no fading counters left, sacrifice it,
then exile Primal Banishment.)
Target player gets an additional turn after
his/her next turn.
