Domain - When you are attacked, you may cast Prime Minister as if it had Flash, and without paying its casting cost. Use this ability only if
the number of basic land types under your control is greater than the number of attacking creatures.

When Prime Minister enters the battlefield, put a +1/+1 counter and a Reach counter on each creature you control.
