Prince of Thieves

The use of Prince of Thieves completely eliminates the Card Cost of any other card (level 10 or lower), allowing the Cardholder
to gain/use the card without any cost at all.
Prince of Thieves may be used twice, after
hich the Cardholder must roll an D12, resulting in an eleven or twelve,
in order to retain it for future use.
Cost = 150 GP
