Cumulative upkeep—The owner of target permanent shuffles it into their library, then reveals the top card of their library. If it’s a permanent card, they put it onto the battlefield. This creature gets +1/+1 for each age counter on it. Whenever The Shifting Mound blocks or becomes blocked by a creature, The Shifting Mound becomes a copy of that creature, except it’s name is The Shifting Mound and it maintains all abilities.
