Use this Stratagem in any phase, when a
CHARACTER model in an enemy unit is
destroyed by an OFFICIO ASSASSINORUM
model from your army. You gain 1 CP - or 2 CP
if the CHARACTER was a Warlord.
You can only use this Stratagem once for each
enemy CHARACTER model destroyed.
Eliminating the enemy command elements allows a competent commander to seize the strategic initiative.
