Prismatic Warfare

Adamant — If at least three mana of the same color
was spent to cast Prismatic Warfare, it enters the battlefield with three color counters of that color.

If a source you control that shares a color with any
of the color counters on Prismatic Warfare would
deal damage to an opponent or a permanent an
opponent controls, it deals that much damage plus 1 instead.
(Permanents with a color counter have that color in addition to its other colors.)
