Creatures can't attack you unless their
controller pays {2} for each creature he
or she controls that is attacking you.
The Prison of Elders is a prison facility in
The Reef, under the oversight of Variks,
the Loyal. It is based on the House of
Judgment's traditions for settling disputes
between Fallen through trial by combat.
