Private Auction

At the beginning of each players upkeep, that player may pay any amount of mana greater than the amount of coin counters on Private Auction. If they do, remove all coin counters from Private Auction, that player gains control of it, then put an amount of coin counters on Private Auction equal to the amount of mana they paid this way.
