Whenever you cast a blue or red spell, Prizz deals
2 damage to target creature and scry 1. This
ability triggers only twice per turn.
Whenever you cast a black spell, target creature
gets -1/-1 until end of turn.
{1}{u}{b}{r}: Copy target non-creature spell you
don't control, you may choose new targets for
the copy.
