At the beginning of your draw step, If you
control 4 or more shurima cards, draw four cards.
If its a basic land, play it on the battlefield tapped.
if its a enchantment/instant/sorcery, as an additional cost, you may pay 3 life per card. If
you do, play it on the battle field.
If its a creature, put two 1/1 counter on target creature and has vigilance until end of turn. put
the card on the bottom of your library
