When Procrastination enters the battlefield if any player pays {2} Procrastination's controller sacrifices it.
{2}: Counter target spell or activated ability. Any player may activate this effect.
Whenever procrastination's activated ability is activated, the player who activated it gets a lazy counter.
For each lazy counter a player has, procrastination's activated ability costs {1} more.
