As an additional cost to cast Professional Takedown you must either remove a total of 3 stock counters from any number of permanents you control or pay 5 life; if you do, destroy target creature, then put a 1/1 black Assassin creature token with deathtouch, menace and stock 1 onto the battlefield tapped.
