Spells you own have Foretell. Their foretell cost is equal to their mana cost reduced by {1}.

Whenever you cast a spell from anywhere other than your hand, give each player a choice; Journey or Memories. Whatever choice is picked most goes into effect. (Ties go to Journey) Journey: Each player draws 2 cards, discards 1 card, then each player loses 1 life. Memories: Each player returns a land or a spell of mana value 3 or less from their graveyard to their hand.
