Profits of a Prophet

Randomly select a card from an opponent's
hand and guess whether it has more, less, or exactly 4 power. (Anything card that isn't a creature counts as 0 power) The card is then revealed and if you guessed correctly, add that
card to your hand. If the card is added to your hand you are allowed to cast that card for its
mana value in any color this turn.
