Program - Color Depth
The color depth of an image is in the number of
colors bits needed to save all the colors.
COLORS = 2^n , is the formula
n= the number of bits. For example:
8 colors requires 3 bits because 8 = 2^3.
The fewer colors the worse the image quality.
{c} Each turn the card is out add +{1} HD token
to a max of 6 OR Collect (4 - HD) BC and
stop adding HD tokens. HD Upgrades
do not count for BC collection
