When Progress Engine enters the Battlefield,
Draw a card. Creatures you control get +2/+2.
Neither player may cast noncreature spells with
converted mana cost greater than the greatest
power among creatures that player controls.
You may exile target creature card from
your graveyard; add mana of any one
color equal to that creatures converted
mana cost.
