Search your library for up to X noncreature, nonland cards, reveal them,
and put them into your hand. Shuffle your library afterwards. Those spells cost {x} less to cast.
At the beginning of your next upkeep, pay {1}{u} for each card you put into your hand
this way. If you can't, you lose the game.
