When you gain life, and Promising Thrall
doesn't have a deathtouch counter on it, put a
deathtouch counter on Promising Thrall.
When a creature damaged by Promising Thrall
dies and Promising Thrall doesn't have a lifelink
counter on it, put a lifelink counter on it.
