Promnesia

Exile target spell, artifact, creature, enchantment
and land with the same owner and controlled by
a single opponent. At the beginning of the next
main phase of those cards' owner, that player
adds an amount of mana equal to total mana cost
of the exiled cards (this includes color). This mana
may only be used to play those exiled cards. That
player may play an additional land and any card
exiled by Promnesia during this turn.
