Creatures can't attack you unless their controller pays {2} for each creature they control that's attacking you.
Much like the revolutionaries, Loyalists also had propaganda to try and sway people to their sides. "The New-York Gazette" was one of the more popular long-running Loyalist newspapers in the colonies.
