Prophecy of the Devoted

Whenever an opponent draws a card, you may reveal the top card of your library. If you do, that player may pay {x}, where X is the number of {w} in the revealed card's mana cost. If the player doesn't, you may put it into your hand. Otherwise, put it into your graveyard.
