When it enters the battlefield, you draw a card
for each Prophetic Runes cards you own on the
battlefield.
Brawl/Commander: You can have up to 4
Prophetic Runes on your deck excepcionally.
Sacrifice 2 Prophetic Runes: Scry 1 and draw a
card.
