Prophet's Command

Players higher than you on the leaderboard can't gain life this turn. Prophet's Command deals 3 damage to each player higher than you on the leaderboard. Each player equal to or lower than you on the leaderboard may put a land card from his or her hand onto the battlefield. Creatures controlled by players equal to or lower than you
on the leaderboard get +1/+1 and gain reach until end of turn.
The old social order will disintegrate.
