Destroy all basic lands.
Will of the council —When you cast Prophet's
Vision, starting with you, each player votes for
death, resolve, or pain. If death gets more votes, destroy all creatures. If resolve gets more votes,
scry 2, then draw 4 cards. If pain gets more votes,
each player loses 6 life. If there is a tie, both tied
actions happen.
