Play only when both players have a Megacorporation card on their field.
Pay Credit Counters equal to the total Credit
Counters on the opponent's Megacorporation
card, then take control of it and place it under a Megacorporation card on your field. The Megacorporation on top has the abilities of the
card underneath as well and generates two Credit Counters at the beginning of each turn instead of
one.
