At the beginning of your upkeep, put a bounty counter on target creature.
Whenever a creature with a bounty counter on it
dies, each player that did not control it creates a
Gold token.
Anyone who could bring Sulla the head of someone on
his list would earn a sizeable reward, but many
steered clear to avoid being put on the list themselves.
