Protected Empire comes into play with two indestructible counters on it.
{t}: Add {2} to your mana pool, or add one mana
of any color to your mana pool.
Protected Empire does not untap during your
untap step. At any time you may remove an indestructible counter from Protected Empire to
untap it.
