Each opponent's hand size is reduced by 1 for each opponent they have.

Creatures your opponents control have "At the beginning of your draw step, you may draw an additional card. If you do, this creature can't attack the controller of Protection of the Plampathip this turn."

When a creature an opponent controls attacks you,
you may draw a card.
