Protector Doctrina Imperative

Use this Stratagem before a SKITARII unit
from your army attacks in the Shooting phase.
Add 1 to hit rolls you make for the unit this
phase. If the unit has an enhanced data-tether or
a broad spectrum data-tether, you can add 2
to the hit rolls instead.
The Protector Doctrina Imperative increases the
accuracy of Skitarii warriors.
