You may remove three loyalty counters from planeswalkers you control instead of paying Protector of the Spark's mana cost.
Protector of the Spark has first strike and vigilance as long as you control 3 or more planeswalkers.
Whenever you activate a loyalty ability of a planeswalker, Protector of the Spark gets +1/+1 until end of turn.
